Wild garlic coffee shop and restaurant is situated in the beautiful West
cork town of Dunmanway on the square. This 80 Seater second floor
restaurant looks out onto the busy square in Dunmanway. The restaurant
was taken over by Chef Ann marie Butler who is a local West Cork woman,
herself coming from Ballinascarthy, Clonakilty and has worked in West
Cork all her Career winning multiple awards for her cooking including
Best Seafood Restaurant three years in a row, and has been Recommended
in Michelin Guide nine years in a row. She has also represented Ireland
in cooking in European competitions as well as been finalist for Best
Chef two years in a row.
So now she has decided to venture out and open her own restaurant. She has sourced some of the best local West Cork produce to create a vast & tasty menu. Ann marie is creating a unique menu but still respecting the classics, showing her classical french training. She likes to let the top quality ingredients speak for themselves. The dishes she creates allow space for real enjoyment of the individual elements and display her passion. Her menu is designed on local West Cork suppliers and using the daily special board bringing a variety to our customers.
All the menus are seasonally changed as she offers a large variety of options. From smoothies, fresh bread made in house, Freshly made crêpes, handmade sandwiches, wraps, rolls, beef & pork from Caherbeg ,freshly squeezed juices, fresh fish on the Daily specials board, breakfast & brunch choices on the restaurant menu & of course a home made kids menu, nothing premade or frozen. There is also a private function room and takeaway options also available.
